Cajun Brewing approached us to develop their brand from their vision to capture their Cajun history but with a fresh new perspective. The challenge for us was to keep from cultural clichés while maintaining  the essence and pride of its roots. We began with the Acadiana emblem and developed variations that simplified the traditional design while also aiming to create a more approachable identity system. The development lead to the final design, a hexagonal emblem depicting a modern interpretation of the Acadiana flag.

The new logo reveals a new icon in Cajun culture, while exuding the love and loyalty for it’s origins and tradition.
